These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of IskraCore, including the website at iskracore.com, its articles, guides, reviews, newsletters and related features.

By accessing or using IskraCore, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.

About IskraCore

IskraCore is an editorial publication covering technology, gaming, artificial intelligence, digital products and related industries. Operator and legally required business information can be found in our Imprint.

The website is primarily provided for general information, commentary and entertainment. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, IskraCore does not sell the third-party products or services discussed in its content.

You must not use IskraCore to:

• introduce malware, harmful code or automated traffic that disrupts the service;
• bypass security, rate limits or access restrictions;
• impersonate IskraCore, its team or another person;

We may restrict access, block abusive traffic or take other reasonable protective measures when necessary to secure the website and its users.

Comments and community features

If comments or other community features are enabled, you remain responsible for the material you publish. You must have the necessary rights to submit it and must not post unlawful, threatening, defamatory, privacy-invasive, discriminatory, deceptive, malicious or infringing content.

We may review, hide, edit for formatting, restrict or remove user content that violates these terms, applicable law or website security. By submitting content for public display, you grant IskraCore a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate and promote the relevant website feature. You retain ownership of your original material.

Messages, tips and product submissions

You remain responsible for material you send to IskraCore. Do not submit confidential information, unlawful material or content you do not have the right to share.

If you intentionally submit text, images or other material for possible publication, you grant IskraCore a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free licence to review, edit and publish that submitted material in connection with IskraCore. This licence does not apply to ordinary private correspondence that was not submitted for publication.

Sending news, a game key, a product or a review unit does not guarantee coverage, a positive review or publication by a particular date. Return of review products must be agreed in writing before shipment.

Website availability and changes

We may update, correct, reorganize, suspend or discontinue any part of the website. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage of any article or continued support for a specific feature.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

IskraCore is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no guarantee that the website will always be available, secure, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
